Pablo's MNL is a food house offering a variety of delicious and affordable meals, snacks, and drinks that everyone loves, all at budget-friendly prices and excellent quality.
Our Story
Founded on February 1, 2021, during the pandemic, Pablo's MNL began as a small food stand specializing in milk tea, iced coffee, frappes, and snacks like french fries. The business was inspired by owner Niña Rose Pablo's passion for cooking and baking, as well as her late grandfather’s legacy in the food industry. Despite challenges, her dedication and hard work transformed the stand into a full-fledged food house offering rice meals, pastries, sizzling dishes, and online delivery services.
Our Inspiration
Motivated by her grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit and her HRM background, Niña Rose combined her skills and family support to create a thriving business focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
